When am I charged?

Where do you ship to?
We ship our products to Malaysia, Singapore & Indonesia. For anywhere else outside of Malaysia, Singapore & Indonesia, do contact us at [email protected] for shipping arrangements.
What should I expect after I placed my order?
Your order should typically reach you within 1-2 weeks (for local shipping), and 4-8 weeks (for overseas shipping) if all the items in your order are in-stock.
Who is delivering my order to me?
We have engaged a third-party courier service who helps us with all local deliveries.
What are the shipping charges?
The total fee for shipping is calculated based on the shipping weight.
The cost of shipping to Malaysian addresses are starting from RM12.
The cost of shipping to Singaporean addresses are starting from RM45.
The cost of shipping to Indonesian addresses are starting from RM90.
Is there a way to track my order after it has been sent out?
For local shipment, our third-party courier will contact you directly regarding delivery timing. You can also track the progress of the delivery with the tracking code.
For international shipment, we will send you the tracking code once we have dispatched your order to our local post office. You can then track your order from the website stated in our email.
Is it possible for you to send the items to my office?
Yes, we are able to. However, please indicate the opening hours of your office, and we will try our best to work around those timings with our third-party courier.
If I make an order now and wish to get my order tomorrow, is that possible?
Unfortunately, it is not possible.
Why is my item taking so long to arrive?
The estimated shipping time for orders within Malaysia is 5-14 working days, while that for orders outside of Malaysia is 4-6 working weeks.
I am an international customer and I have been waiting too long for my products to reach me. Can I cancel the order?

Can I exchange or return the product after receiving it?
